Moonjumpers Charitable Foundation Inc. National Grid VERG Veterans Paws of War Moonjumpers

The Moonjumpers Charitable Foundation and its corporate sponsor, National Grid VERG, are proud to partner with Paws of War and provide a $5,000 donation to sponsor a U.S. military Veteran and service dog. Our donation will start the process to get this Veteran and his service dog fully trained.

Paws of War is a Nesconset-based nonprofit organization that assists military Veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder/Traumatic Brain Injury by pairing them with service dogs. The dogs are often rescued from shelters and are then given a home and a useful purpose. There is no cost to Veterans for the service dogs that the organization rescues, trains and places. Paws of War has recently unveiled a Vets to Vets Mobile Animal Clinic to address the crucial need for veterinary care for the pets of veterans and first responders living with disabilities.
