Moonjumpers Scholarship Program
Mission Statement:
The Moonjumpers aim to illuminate the lives of children, their families, and veterans by offering essential support and resources. We are committed to improving the quality of life for those in need through financial aid and the provision of products or equipment. Our efforts extend to various charitable and not-for-profit organizations.
Scholarship Award:
The Moonjumpers Scholarship is designated for college or trade school-bound high school seniors from the Huntington or South Huntington School Districts. This award recognizes students for their academic achievements, financial need, and active community involvement. Our goal is to empower students to continue positively contributing to their communities. We offer three different scholarships for students inspired by people who have inspired us. For our program, students can only apply to one of the three scholarships we offer.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a senior in high school planning to attend college or trade school.
Must attend a school within the Huntington or South Huntington School Districts.
Must have a GPA within the range of 75-85.
Demonstrated community involvement through activities such as volunteering at local organizations, participating in church events, contributing to school programs, helping at food pantries, or supporting family and community needs.
Must provide recommendation letters.
Scholarship Details:
Amount: $1,000 per student.
Deadline: May, 1 2025.
